A two hour workshop at You Project, Inverloch, exploring how confidence with breath work can support women through the chaos of hormonal disruption. Whether that is because of perimenopause, menopause, PCOS or just the ebb and flow of the “normal” monthly cycle, breath work can really help.

The breath is an incredible tool when you know how to use it.

Mood states, energy levels, our posture and movement are all affected by the way we breathe. And most people don't have access to this transformational information.

Pranayama, breath work, has an air of complication and mystery.

A special two hour deeply relaxing class to align you with intention and presence. The elements of the session soothe the nervous system with Yin-spired gentle movement, deeply restotative Yoga Nidra, sung mantra and sound bathing. It’s a soul-nourishing experience that is wrapped in focused intention.

Regular workshops to weave together connection, breathing techniques, mantra, appropriate movement and knowledge are scheduled through the remainder of 2025 to support women through this important rite of passage.
