Slow Flow - Online LIVE 8am Saturdays
This is a breath centered slow paced class, suitable for all levels, where we move through from pose to pose in a flowing style. Some poses are held but for no more than three or four breaths, and all holds are your choice to undertake. Modifications to poses, as well as optional poses are offered so that you can remain stable and appropriately challenged in the movement.
The practice is steeped in mindfulness and inclusivity, with a sprinkling of Tantra elements to enliven the senses and aims to leave you with a sense of balance and well-being.
